Booking your studio time is quick and easy. Choose your location, select your studio, and lock in your time.

Before You Book — Quick Heads Up!

We’re so excited to have you in the studio! Before locking in your time, please take a moment to read through our Rules Page at http://www.varsastudios.com/rules

This helps make sure every session runs super smoothly for you and for the guests before and after you.

A few quick highlights:

• When selecting your time, make sure you select enough time to include setup and cleanup.

• After you book, you’ll get an automated confirmation email with all your details. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, peek in spam, and if it’s still not there, email us ASAP at info@varsastudios.com so we can resend it.

• You’ll receive your access email 2 hours before your session.

• We DO NOT offer refunds/cancellations!, but

  • You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email.

  • If you’re within the 12-hour window, you’re welcome to text us and we’ll do our best to help. Availability at that point is limited and not guaranteed, and any last-minute changes are handled at our discretion based on open studio time. The more notice you’re able to give, the more likely we’ll be able to assist you before your session.
